Returns

Customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not satisfied with your Zepps Gear purchase we offer a 30 DAY FREE RETURN POLICY from date of purchase.

In order for your item to be refunded the product(s) must be in it’s original condition with tags attached, unworn and unused.

If the products are not in it’s original condition, tags are not attached, it has been worn, washed, is dirty/stained the product(s) will not be eligible for a refund.

Steps to making a return:

1. click on the return link
2. provide your order # and email
3. you will be supplied via email with a return shipping label
4. you will be notified by email when your return has been processed
5. shipping charges are non-refundable

All sale items and products with a promo code are final sale and cannot be returned.

We are unable to return merchandise obtained from any retailer other than our website. Please return the item to the original retailer.

Refund

After we receive your return, and it has been inspected, please allow 5 to 7 days for the credit to be released back to the original method of payment.
